npm no puede recuperar Meteorite - javascript, node.js, npm, meteorite

Con nodejs v0.10.22 y npm v1.3.14, intenté instalar meteorite como se muestra a continuación:

$ npm install meteorite

NPM estaba inactivo, puede usar un espejo NPM si tiene uno disponible.

npm set registry <registry-location>

Tendrás que configurar un espejo o encontrar a alguien que lo tenga.

Cuando desee restablecer a la normalidad:

npm set registry https://registry.npmjs.org/
