タイトルのとおり、Prestashop 1.6.1 Webサービスを使用して新しい製品を正常に作成できます。問題は、新しい製品XMLには空のstock_availableセクションがあることです。

だから私はその製品の初期数量を設定する方法がわかりません。バックオフィスから手動で設定した場合は、stock_availableセクションが埋められます。
XMLリクエストに欠けているものがあるかもしれません。

回答№1は0その問題はおそらくそのバージョンのPrestashopのバグでした。最新バージョン（1.6.1.17）では正しく動作します。
