Eu tenho um pacote adt para android, que contém o sdk da versão 17. descompactou e posso usar facilmente o eclipse dentro do pacote sem nenhum problema.
Então eu copiei apenas o diretório sdk para a unidade c e também mantive a pasta eclipse juno nessa unidade. plug-ins instalados para eclipse de ADT - https://dl-ssl.google.com/android/eclipse. Mas sempre que eu estou tentando criar um projeto android está mostrando erro.

mostrando erros no projeto de biblioteca do appcompact. nas subpastas da pasta res - valor-v21, valor-v14 etc. é porque eu não tenho a API 14,21 instalada?
