Vagrant 1.2.2 Not Running Puppet Manifest - apache, vagabundo, marionete

A vm resultante de vagrant up parece funcionar bem. Mas parece que não consigo ficar adicionando apache (o servidor da web) a ele, na mais simples das configurações. Estou usando o Puppet.

Eu me certifiquei de vagrant destroy e depois vagrant up. Após vagrant ssh, o apache não está lá (sem apachectl, sem httpd).

Tente remover

Vagrant :: Config.run do | config | config.vm.box = "precision64"

do Vagrantfile para que a configuração fique abaixo:
