Erro ao instalar o Sinch JS RTC como pacote npm - node.js, sinch

Eu preciso usar o recurso Sinch IM do meu servidor de back-end e estou tentando instalar o pacote sinch-rtc como node.js. Eu recebo o seguinte erro quando uso o comando: npm install sinch-rtc --save

O problema que você está enfrentando é que o node-gyp não funciona no seu sistema. Siga as instruções no nó-gyp https://github.com/nodejs/node-gyp e tente instalar o node-gyp apenas para começar.
