Оскільки ваш клас Module фактично виконується під час компіляції, ви повинні переконатися, що його метод configure (...) не виконує безпосередньо жодного коду на стороні клієнта GWT.

Тому ви не можете використовувати Dictionary всередині configure метод вашого AbstractPresenterModule.
